ADC Completes Acquisition of LGC Wireless, Inc.

We are pleased to inform you that effective November 30, 2007, ADC has acquired LGC Wireless, Inc.

The corporate name of LGC is “LGC Wireless – An ADC Company” for the near term. As part of the integration process, LGC will fully assume the ADC company name and logo exclusively over the coming year.

So what does this mean to LGC customers, partners, resellers, suppliers, and other business associates?

First and foremost, it’s business as usual until further notice. Operationally there will be no immediate change in how you do business with ADC or LGC, but over time you will start to see integration of the two companies. We will make every effort to prepare you for changes as they are identified and welcome your comments and questions at any time.

As an example, LGC will begin co-branding correspondence, including letters, e-mail, invoices, proposals, business cards, and other communications. All phone and other contact information remains the same.

If you do have questions with regard to specific contacts, payments or other matters, please feel free to contact those key individuals with whom you have worked in the past. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail any time with questions you have about the ADC and/or LGC related products or services that are integral to your business.
